This page explains what happens to your information when you visit tiex.us or use the contact form. It covers the whole site, published by TIEx LLC ("TIEX", "we", "us").

Who is responsible for this site

tiex.us is published by TIEx LLC.

The contact form

The form at /contact.html asks for your name, email address, organization (optional), and three free-text fields describing your project, the context and the outcome you want. Submitting the form sends this information, by email, to a mailbox we hold with Zoho, using ZeptoMail, Zoho's transactional email service. We use it only to read and reply to your message.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an automated check that helps stop bots from submitting the form. Turnstile runs before your message is sent.

We keep messages sent through the form only as long as they are needed for the correspondence and any resulting work, typically around a year, and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Hosting and security data

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. We do not receive or store this data ourselves.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Fonts

Fonts on this site are self-hosted. There is no request to Google Fonts and no data is sent to Google as a result of viewing this site.

Video embeds

The home and media pages can show video hosted by Wistia. The video player is not loaded when the page loads. It is only added to the page after you click play. This means no data reaches Wistia unless you choose to play a video.

Outbound links

This site links to other sites, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. These are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Your rights

Wherever you are and whoever you are, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to pavigupta@tiex.us and we will act on your request, usually within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
